This Privacy Policy explains what information PhotoMoving ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and AI image / video generation service, and how we use and share it.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: your email address and authentication identifier.
  • Uploaded content: the photos you upload for generation.
  • Generated content: images or videos produced by the AI in response to your requests.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processors (Stripe, Creem); we receive only a token and the result (paid / failed), never your full card details.
  • Service logs: standard request metadata (timestamps, IP, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the generation service you requested.
  • To process payments and maintain your wallet balance.
  • To prevent abuse and protect the service.
  • To respond to your support requests.

3. Third-party processors

To operate the service we use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers. They process data only as needed to deliver the functionality they provide:

  • Cloud infrastructure — hosting, edge delivery and secure object storage for your uploaded photos and generated outputs.
  • Account & authentication — sign-in, session and account data.
  • Payment processing — Stripe and Creem; you are redirected to their hosted checkout page when paying, and we never receive your full card details.
  • AI model inference — the photo you upload, together with the style you choose, is sent to our AI inference partners to produce the requested image or video output. Outputs are returned to us and stored in your account.

We do not sell your data to advertisers and we do not use it to train any third-party model.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data, uploaded photos, generated outputs, payment records and ledger entries for as long as your account exists, unless you request deletion. Deletion requests are honored within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention obligations.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us using the email below to make a request.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). Do not use the service if you are below that age.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
